How long are Sessions?

Sessions are 55 minutes to an hour.

What if I'm experiencing a challenge after hours?

Please feel free to leave an email* or voicemail that I can respond to at my earliest convenience. If you're experiencing a clinical emergency, however, please call 911.

What is your cancellation policy?

I believe mutual respect and trust are crucial components in a therapeutic relationship. As I set aside time just for you, I ask if you need to cancel a session for any reason that you give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for your session.
